At My Haven Kids , we want you to be happy with your purchase

1- 10-Day Return Police

You have 10 days from the day you receive your item to request a return .After 10days we cannot offer refund or exchange

2. Condition For Return

To be eligible , the item must be unused unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached

3- Damaged or Defective Items

please inspect your order upon receiving it . If the item arrives damaged, defective , or wrong, please contact us immediately at ( info@myhavenkids.com ) with photos or video within 10day .We will review it and provide a full refund if eligible .

4-Items Damaged After Use

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for items that were damaged due to misuse washing incorrectly, or after being used by your child . We are not responsible for wear and tear after use.

5. How to Request a Return 

Email us at info@myhavenkids.com with your order number and reason for return .We will reply within 24-48 hours with instructions .
